Our white glove delivery team consists of two professional delivery personnel to ensure careful placement of the furniture inside your home. Our team will place the furniture in your room of choice; however, we will not move existing furniture. For a more timely and safe delivery, please make sure your room is clear and ready for your delivery.
Delivery Charges vary depending on your Zip Code and the amount of the merchandise in your order. The cost of your delivery will be displayed in your order process after you proceed to check out from your Furniture and More Galleries Shopping Cart.

Customer Pick Up
Once your furniture arrives at our warehouse one of our professional Customer Service Representatives will contact you to let you know that you can go to our warehouse location to pick up your merchandise. Please have your Sales Slip when you go to pick up.

This agreement is to inform said customer of the responsibilities and non-responsibilities of the Delivery Service Team.

If Delivery Service Team feels that any damage could occur to the place of delivery or the furniture a Damage Waiver will need to be signed by the customer releasing the Delivery Service Team and/or Furniture & More Galleries of damage done to property or item.
