At Furniture & More! Galleries, our goal is to give the best quality product and service. With the right staff we assure a pleasant shopping experience for our clients.
Furniture & More Galleries warranties furniture to be free of manufactures defects for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Any merchandise purchased for the purpose of rental property or public use has no warranty expressed or implied. Mattresses include an extensive manufactures warranty. For Specific warranty information regarding your mattress, please refer to the package insert which accompanies your purchase. Mattresses and foundations purchased separately void the manufacturer's warranty and fall under one year manufacture defects warranty. Glass, mirrors, or glass like products carries no warranty whatsoever.
All Online Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

In the event of buyers non payment, Furniture & More Galleries shall be entitled to interest in the amount of 1-1/2% per month of unpaid balance, and reasonable attorneys fees.
In the event there is no activity on an account/invoice for 180 days or more; the account will be terminated and all monies paid in shall be retained by Furniture & More Galleries.
All Sales are FINAL. If you should want to cancel an order at any time there will be a $75 administration fee charged to cancel any order. Once fee is paid you will be issued full store credit for your monies paid. Please refer to our What Was I thinking Guarantee for further information.
All Cancellations for Service/Delivery Appointments require a 24-hour notice. If 24-hour notification is not given a $45 Cancellation fee will be imposed and must be paid prior to Service/Delivery Appointment.

Simply call your Furniture & More location of purchase.
Furniture & More Galleries will then pick it up!
Select your new dream furniture set.
Oops! If you do not like your selection of furniture for any reason from Furniture & More Galleries simply call the store with in 10 days of receiving your furniture and let them know you want to make a new selection. Furniture & More will then arrange for a pick up of your undesired furniture from your home with in 7 days. There will be a $75 administration fee charged that will include the pick up of the undesired furniture as well as paper work involved in the re-selection and return process. Tent/Warehouse Sale/As Is Items are excluded from this Guarantee and will remain a Final Sale. This Guarantee can only be claimed once. Returned Items must be in new condition. Any rips, tears, burns or stains will have to be examined by our service department and a dollar value to repair item will have to be calculated and deducted from any credit. Furniture & More also reserves the right to refuse the use of this guarantee due to excessive abuse to any undesired furniture items. Once furniture has been picked up you will receive 100% Store Credit for the furniture as long as returned in new condition. Once furniture has been re-selected and you want to arrange for delivery you will need to pay for a new delivery fee. Any accident protection warranty will transfer to your new set.
All Sales are FINAL. We do not take Returns. In the event the purchaser inadvertently receives damaged merchandise, the purchaser MUST notify the store within 5 (five) days of receipt, and return the merchandise in its original carton. Then at its option Furniture & More Galleries will repair or replace the merchandise.
At Furniture & More Galleries, our customers are our number one priority. That's why we go to such great lengths to guarantee the security of all online transactions.
The information that is gathered from you on this site is never shared with anyone, except in connection with your order. Credit card information is only shared with the financial institutions that process your payment. Shipping/delivery information is shared with the shippers that fulfill your order. Information on financing applications goes directly to the financial institution that handles the financing, not to Furniture & More Galleries.
It is true that the information you provide is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders. Other than these fairly extreme cases, your personal information will not be shared with anyone.
Pricing and Errors Policy
Prices shown for items on this website's product pages and in your shopping cart are for merchandise only. Please proceed to checkout to see the total cost of your order, including any applicable tax, delivery or other fees.
While we strive for accuracy in the pricing displayed on this website and other product information we provide, errors can occur.
In cases where such errors occur, Furniture & More Galleries Expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors on this website, either in stores or when accepting an order online. In the case where an order placed on line contains a pricing error, you will be contacted and the order will be cancelled. Any payments that have been taken for the order will be immediately returned.
Furniture & More Galleries requires payment in full prior to delivery, or at the time of pick up.
Furniture & More Galleries is not responsible for customers' improper estimation of room versus furniture size.
Please allow 2-7 business days to schedule delivery once merchandise arrives to our warehouse.
Clearance items and floor samples are sold as is and our warranty is not applicable.
