Delivery To Your Home
Our white glove delivery team consists of two professional delivery personnel to ensure careful placement of the furniture inside your home. Our team will place the furniture in your room of choice; however, we will not move existing furniture. For a more timely and safe delivery, please make sure your room is clear and ready for your delivery.

Delivery Cost
Delivery Charges vary depending on your Zip Code and the amount of the merchandise in your order. The cost of your delivery will be displayed in your order process after you proceed to check out from your Furniture and More Galleries Shopping Cart.

Scheduling of Your Delivery
Once your furniture arrives at our warehouse one of our professional Customer Service Representatives will contact you to schedule a delivery date to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

Customer Pick Up
Once your furniture arrives at our warehouse one of our professional Customer Service Representatives will contact you to let you know that you can go to our warehouse location to pick up your merchandise. Please have your Sales Slip when you go to pick up.

CUSTOMER DELIVERY AGREEMENT
This agreement is to inform said customer of the responsibilities and non-responsibilities of the Delivery Service Team.

THE DELIVERY SERVICE TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Delivering furniture to customer's place of residence.
  • Removal of furniture from packaging.
  • The moving of the furniture into the customer's residence and placing the furniture as the customer sees fit.
  • The assembly of any and all items purchased by the customer on said Sales Order. Unless stated by customer to do otherwise.

THE DELIVERY SERVICE TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 

  • Removal of any old furniture, mattresses, and box springs; unless authorized by management on said Sales Order.
  • Removal of any Doors, Door Jams, Windows etc. To allow access into the customers place of delivery.
  • Hoisting of any said items on said Sales Order. Unless prior arrangements and fees have been taken care of by delivery department.

Delivery Service Team will not be responsible for forcibly trying to make an item fit into place of delivery. If Delivery Service Team feels that any damage could occur to the place of delivery or the furniture a Damage Waiver will need to be signed by the customer releasing the Delivery Service Team and/or Furniture & More Galleries of damage done to property or item.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • The customer is responsible for measuring the area to assure the new furniture will fit.
  • Once a delivery date is agreed upon. Changes of any kind MUST be made 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Failure to give 48 hour notice will result in an additional fee.
  • Someone of 18 years of age must be present at time of delivery to sign for said merchandise.
  • Failure to be present at time of delivery WILL result in a redelivery Fee of $45
